It is a fact that whenever a veterinarian’s professionalism is questioned by a regulatory agency, the first documentation they are asked to produce is the patient’s medical record.

During these sessions, emphasis will be given to the fact that a patient’s medical record is a legal document and is vital to proving or disproving innocence or guilt in providing a proper standard of care.

This seminar/lecture provides an interactive and monitored learning opportunity for practicing veterinarians and veterinary technicians.  We will focus on veterinary patient medical record keeping in order to practice better veterinary medicine and boost the efficiency, proficiency, and profitability of the veterinary hospital.
